Peacemaker by pOrtahl® was designed to be your everyday watch. This watch was designed for the 'one watch guy', yet it adds something unique to any existing watch collection.

Titanium
The case and bracelet are forged from aerospace grade Titanium, also known as the metal of the Gods. It is 3 to 5 times stronger than stainless steel, but only half the weight.
DLC Coating
The titanium is fortified by a matte black Diamond-like Carbon (DLC) coating, a scratch resistant surface treatment which is hypo-allergenic.

Movement
Peacemaker is powered by a customized Swiss made STP 1-11 Hi-beat automatic movement. It beats 8 times per second with a 44 hours power reserve.
Case & Bracelet
Peacemaker sports a 40 mm case - the ideal size for the average men's wrist. It has an incredibly slim 11 mm case height, yet still offers 10 ATM water resistance (100 meters).
Crystal
Our sapphire glass on the front and back of the case offers the best clarity and scratch resistance money can buy. The crystal is treated with 5 layers of anti-reflective coating, front and back.
Clasp
This fold over double push-button clasp with safety gives criminals a hard time trying to steal your pOrtahl. The clasp provides 6 micro-adjustment holes for the perfect fit.
Hands
Our polished gunmetal hands go from silver to anthracite depending on how the light catches them. Our seconds hand features a contrast colored tip and pOrtahl's signature counterweight.
Lume
Swiss Super-LumiNova® is applied to the hour hand, the minute hand and the rings around the dial and on the crown.

Why is this watch called 'Peacemaker'?
We didn't set out on this journey to directly challenge or disrespect the (heritage) brands in the space. We respect them too much.
Instead, we feel that there is a space unoccupied by these old money brands that we want to claim. We want to be known for watches that are remarkable by their color, material and desing.
We sought to do things differently by rethinking classic watch design to fit today's design standards, while staying close to how mechanical watches were originally intended and without resorting to quirky outlandish watch designs.
We called our watch Peacemaker as an ode to the heritage brands. A message that says we come in peace and we can safely coexist.
